Designed with opulence and elegance in mind, the 2024 GV70 2.5T’s exterior includes a beautifully crafted front fascia with angular contours and aerodynamic lines that will have you anxiously awaiting every drive.

Driver-assist and safety-assist features abound. Smart cruise control, rearview camera system, hands-free liftgate, and highway driving assistance are standard. Within the 2024 Genesis GV70 2.5T offering, there is the base standard model AWD as well as the 2.5T Select, 2.5T Advanced AWD and the 2.5T Sport Prestige. However, it swaps out the 2.5T Prestige’s 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder for a larger 3.5-liter, Dual Overhead Camshaft (DOHC), 24-valve twin turbo V6 engine that increases the horsepower to 375, the torque to 391, and sees a slightly faster 0 to 60 of 5.4 seconds. Despite the larger and faster engine, the towing capacity remains unchanged at 3,500 pounds.

The exterior is similarly designed to the 2.5T and in some ways almost indistinguishable. However, it includes minor upgrades, such as larger 21-inch wheels versus the 2.5T’s 19-inch wheels while having a sport-enhanced electronically controlled suspension system. It also includes Nappa leather seating with suede accents, an upgraded ergonomic driver seat, and a driver and passenger walk-in device.

The Genesis GV70 3.5T AWD Sport also includes Genesis Connected Services, an ingenious technical service that instantly allows you to identify your Genesis on a map with directions. Much like the GV70 2.5T’s two variations, the Genesis GV70 3.5T AWD Sport also includes variations. These are the GV70 Sport Plus AWD, GV70 3.5 Sport Prestige, and the GV70 Sport Plus with eLSD AWD. The eLSD refers to this version’s electronic limited-slip differential, which, when combined with its Sport Plus driving mode, sees a slight increase in horsepower.

2024 Genesis Electrified GV70

The 2024 Genesis Electrified GV70 is the all-electric version of this high-end luxury SUV. With a 77.4 kWh lithium-ion battery, this all-electric engine generates a 394-kW output with a maximum voltage of 697 volts. This powertrain generates an incredible 429 horsepower and a massive 526 lb-ft of torque. With a 237-mile driving range and a total charge time of 7 hours and 20 minutes, the 2024 Genesis Electrified GV70 has a rapid charge time of 73 minutes at 50kW (level 3) or 18 minutes at 350kW (level 3).
