I brought my G70 in for a safety recall and an oil change and when I got it back the leather on the steering wheel unfortunately had a series of gouges. This was likely from someone's pocket knife clip scraping on the wheel. Mistakes happen. I asked how they could make this right and ultimately they sent a driver to deliver a loaner G80 to me and to pick up my car to be repaired. I bought a G90 last week. I can say the sales team, including Brady and Pete, were excellent. The negotiated price was fair, and the attention to my needs and questions was exceptional. Brady was very familiar with the technology and walked me through the vehicle thoroughly, though there's still a lot to learn. So far, very pleased with the sales service and the car is a dream to drive.

We purchased a new GV70 sport advanced from this dealer in 2021. Loved the car, until a routine oil change revealed an engine leak just after the 3 year mark. We dropped off our vehicle for service 9/12 knowing that this might not be a quick fix but we are now at the three month mark with no clear answers and no end in sight. I recommend Genesis of Milwaukee for purchasing a Genesis. Being the only Genesis dealer in the area they are still more than willing to work with you on finding the right car at the right price. The service plan they offer, along with customer care for picking up your vehicle from your house when it needs service, are one of the main reasons I went there, even though I live over 45 minutes away from the dealership.

I bought a new GV80 from Genesis Waukesha and Himmy Pathak was my salesperson. From start to finish, Himmy was so easy to work with. He is very professional, informed, and friendly. The dealership is well managed so the process of buying a car doesn't take the whole day. Excellent experience right from the beginning. Matt Mueller did an excellent job of explaining the different GV80's Jim the manager talked two me twice to see if I had any other questions. Drove home with a new Genesis. Matt spent a lot of time going through in's and out's and told me to call anytime for any assistance, also got a follow up call the next day.just to touch base.

Great initial ownership experience of a 2021 gv70 sport advanced. Our first 3 years had been virtually trouble free, and the car's interior is gorgeous. It's been a pleasure to drive.
