I was trying to get rid of the Cadillac and Don Jordan at Genesis gave me lots of advice and tried to find a reasonable way to get me into a G80. He went above and beyond. I recommend Genesis of Milwaukee for purchasing a Genesis. Being the only Genesis dealer in the area they are still more than willing to work with you on finding the right car at the right price. The service plan they offer, along with customer care for picking up your vehicle from your house when it needs service, are one of the main reasons I went there, even though I live over 45 minutes away from the dealership.

I bought a new GV80 from Genesis Waukesha and Himmy Pathak was my salesperson. From start to finish, Himmy was so easy to work with. He is very professional, informed, and friendly. The dealership is well managed so the process of buying a car doesn't take the whole day. The executive manager, Jim Tessmer, likewise was very friendly and professional making sure the deal was spelled out clearly and accurately. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable and the price was very competitive, even with the folk near Chicago.

Excellent experience right from the beginning. Matt Mueller did an excellent job of explaining the different GV80's Jim the manager talked two me twice to see if I had any other questions. Drove home with a new Genesis. Matt spent a lot of time going through in's and out's and told me to call anytime for any assistance, also got a follow up call the next day.just to touch base.

great ownership experience of a gv70. Our first year has been virtually trouble free, and the car's interior is gorgeous. It's a real pleasure to drive. Genesis of Waukesha has been great to work with throughout. We live 20 or so miles from the dealership, and getting to use the included concierge service for service appointments has been a real pleasure. Basically an employee comes to the house on a scheduled day, drops off a nice loaner, and brings it back clean several hours later. It truly is top notch customer service.
I needed an oil change in my 2020 Sonata and I called Genesis of Waukesha, and they were so awesome and I had an appointment the next day. I will be coming back for another oil change and possibly a few other maintenance needs. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle to their service guys, they were super friendly and very professional/communicative throughout the entire process. 👍🏼
Boucher Hyundai is a fabulous dealership with very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff and managers. Dade was my sales person and he was great to work with from looking at cars to delivery. He explained all aspects of the cars I test drove at and made choosing the right vehicle for my family an easy process. I would recommend him to any family and friends.
I could not recommend their service dept. more highly. I just got a new G70 and for some unknown reason one of the tires was an older tire that didn't match the factory tires and the wheel had some curb rash scrapes. Since it was new and they could not get the previous Michelin model that was on the car, they replaced all four tires as well as had the wheel damage repaired! Service did a good job of installing the complete antenna system in my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Note I did not need a complete antenna system as there was nothing wrong with it. It’s just I lost my shark fin cover that protects the circuitboard. The shark fin cover came off on the interstate while I was driving the car. Hyundai corporation doesn’t just sell a replacement cover. You have to buy the whole antenna system. The shark fin covers coming off is a known problem to Hyundai. I am very happy with all who work on my car but it is very difficult to get the appointment in the first place. No one in service department answers the phone . If you leave a message ,no one calls you back. Sometimes I leave a message and state I just have a quick question but no one calls me back. I will say once after 5 attempts to make a service app and no one calling back I asked to talk to a manager and was immediately helped and received an app in a treasonable time. Thank You Linda
My salesman was great - very accommodating and he worked hard to get my business. The only reason for the four stars is because this transaction added four inquiries to my credit report. My score dropped a lot because of that, even though I only financed a small amount. I might have dropped another star because the sales manager gave false information about what was included with the purchase. But, I ended up with a great car and I can ding him in the next rating.
