We experienced low tire pressure during a recent trip from Illinois to Milwaukee, WI. We stopped in to the Genesis dealer in Waukesha without an appointment, worried about the warning light being on. I brought my G70 in for a safety recall and an oil change and when I got it back the leather on the steering wheel unfortunately had a series of gouges. This was likely from someone's pocket knife clip scraping on the wheel. Mistakes happen. I asked how they could make this right and ultimately they sent a driver to deliver a loaner G80 to me and to pick up my car to be repaired. I bought a G90 last week. I can say the sales team, including Brady and Pete, were excellent. The negotiated price was fair, and the attention to my needs and questions was exceptional. Brady was very familiar with the technology and walked me through the vehicle thoroughly, though there's still a lot to learn. So far, very pleased with the sales service and the car is a dream to drive.
